This 10 week program is designed for people at risk for Brain Change or those who are living with Mild-Cognitive Impairment / Early state brain change.

This program is a research based intervention designed to slow decline and improve overall brain health through weekly classes, coaching, social work check ins, and hands on strategy implementation.

Progress will be tracked through periodic assessments with IU Speech and Hearing.
