2022 Dementia Action Alliance Conference Scholarship Application
Dementia Friendly Indiana is providing scholarships for People Living with dementia and their care partners who are interested in attending the Dementia Action Alliance’s national conference in Indianapolis in September 2022.
Scholarships will include funding for registration for 2 people, lodging at Grand Plaza at Union Station for 3 nights, and a stipend for food and travel.
Scholarships are open to all residents of Indiana living with dementia and their care partners.
